Blue Cottage & Hellerich Martial Arts instructs students in traditional ITF Taekwon-Do as well as WT style Taekwondo. Emphasis on discipline, patterns, sparring, breaking & self-defense. Classes are taught by Sunsangnim T.R. Hellerich, a martial artist with over 39 years experience. Instruction is tailored to provide an all round balanced program of physical fitness, flexibility, balance and co-ordination, discipline and education of martial arts.
